TO KNOW

1. It is important to carefully manage time to ensure that all presentations and sessions run smoothly throughout the conference days.

2. The presentation time is limited to a maximum of 15 minutes, including 10 minutes for the presentation followed by 5 minutes for discussion.

3. A moderator will be present, equipped with a timer to keep track of the allotted time.

4. It is recommended that you bring your presentation in PDF and PPT (Microsoft PowerPoint) format to the preview room, which will be available to you half a day before your scheduled session.
